异常原因如下：

类型 异常报告

消息 Class com.opensymphony.xwork2.DefaultActionInvocation can not access a member of class com.welldell.hot.module.action.ReportScopeSettingAction with modifiers "public"

　　

经过排查后发现：

 当前类少写了public

 补上即可
