Xcode 11打包上传时，一直卡在Authenticating with the App Store

1. 打开终端输入  open ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/
2. 删除文件夹内的所有文件
3. 在终端输入 （亲测在这里打开VPN会快很多，下载内容大概60M+） /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/SharedFrameworks/ContentDeliveryServices.framework/Versions/A/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter
4. 下载完后，重启Xcode

    

   如果在Xcode使用了shift+command+k清除缓存后，需要重新运行1-4步
