是因为缺少驱动造成的。
首先要找到你的机器的网卡驱动型号，然后上vmware找相应驱动(后缀为vbs的文件)，我的是reltek lan
然后好用ESXi-Customizer工具将驱动添加至iso中，重新生成新的ISO。
