最后从官网下载的mysql-installer-community-5.7.15.0.msi，安装后可以使用

把启动成功的my.ini拷贝到ZIP版中也不能启动成功，如果把启动成功的data目录的如下文件拷贝过来则可以启动成功。

实在搞不定就下载个MSI吧：
