解决windows任务栏闪动的小广告

打开系统设置

 

 补充一下，2020年8月19日今天又弹了一个广告，cnewscenter.exe，定位到文件是驱动人生的。

C:Program Files (x86)DTLSoftDriveTheLifeDTLPlugs ewscenterPlugV6cnewscenter.exe

先关闭任务栏闪烁的小广告，然后创建一个同名的文本文件替换掉cnewscenter.exe
