ORA-12545:Connect failed beacuse target host or object does not exist

更换计算机名，重新启动系统后 oracle 的监听器就无法正常启动， 总是提示ORA-12545:Connect failed beacuse target host or object does not exist，每次监听器启动完就自动又关闭。打开oracle 目录 D:ORACLEora92 etworkadmin 下的listener.ora 文件 把HOST的值改为自己新的计算机名或者IP地址，并且把tnsnames.ora文件中的HOST改为自己的机器名称或者是ip地址
