VS2008：Failed to return new Code Element

VS2008添加自动化类，报错：

【解决方法2】

I already have sp1 installed.

I found another message which suggested deleting the NCB file, which I tried.  Deleting the NCB file did fix the problem.

我试了第一个方法不好用，第二个方法好用了。
