Q: Why does smart protection not work?

A: Please make sure the checkbox "Eye Protection" is on, app activated is not in the exception list and the current time is not in the exception period list.

Q: Why does the time break not triggered when time is on?

A: Please make sure the checkbox "All Breaks" is on, the config "Available" match the current status and app activated is not in the exception list.

Q:  Why does the app keep ask me to sign in with Apple ID?
A:  Please make sure the account you logged in currently is the same as you purchase, or you can restart the machine to refresh your account.
