使用elasticdump复制索引

方法1: 使用node模块 - elasticdump
安装
npm install elasticdump -g
elasticdump

example：
elasticdump 
  --input=http://production.es.com:9200/my_index 
  --output=http://staging.es.com:9200/my_index 
  --type=data

注：这个在数据量较大的时候可能会出错

方法二：reindex
POST _reindex
{
