网上找到了这个
Uninstall SQL Server 2012 Native Client which got installed with SSMS.
原因
- 安装过SSMS18.3及之前的版本
- 2019从ISO文件安装
解决方法有两个
- 卸载 SQL Server 2012 Native Client
- 把SQL Server2019 安装文件从ISO中复制到本地文件夹中进行安装。
