我不讲废话，单刀直入给出解决办法：主要是缺少dubbo.xsd，配置好就行了。
一：如何下载dubbo.xsd
1.1 第一种办法：下载我附件 http://download.csdn.net/detail/wabiaozia/9398352
1.2 第二种办法：这个dubbo.xsd就在你的dubbo.jar包里，解压后在路径里dubboMETA-INF就可以找到。
二：配置
window-->preferences-->xml-->xml Catalog
然后：
再接着：
最后：右键-->validate
