1. get the list of the stores that are relevant for outbound (not blocking, outbound profile not initial)
2. get all the WDLS entries for this stores
3. get rid of the ones that are recent
4. display those old latest WDLS for the stores.

Then you can decide, if you want to run a new WPMU for those stores, or delete the stores from valid outbound store list.
if you delete, it will set the outbound profile for this store to empty (Update table WRF1).
