Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused的解决办法

使用SDK Manager.exe安装Android开发环境的时候会遇到：

Fetching https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-2.xml
Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-2.xml, reason: Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused
Fetched Add-ons List successfully
Fetching URL: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-8.xml
Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-8.xml, reason: HttpHostConnect Connection to https://dl-ssl.google.com refused

这个问题需要修改一下host文件：

方法如下：

• 用notepad打开C:WINDOWSsystem32driversetc中的hosts文件
• 在最后一行添加74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com
• 成功解决问题。
• 如果仍然是refused,在cmd打开的dos窗口，执行命令ping dl-ssl.google.com，如果ping不通，则使用ping –t dl-ssl.google.com，等到可以ping通了再安装

C:Users est>ping dl-ssl.google.com
