wondersharper

1 安装wondershaper：
sudo apt-get install wondershaper
2 限制下载，上传速度（1500是限制下载速度（实际限速150k左右），1000是上传速度（实际限速100k左右）：
sudo wondershaper eth0 1500 1000
3 取消限制：
sudo wondershaper clear eth0
