关闭火狐定期向“http://detectportal.firefox.com/”发包

问题：最近发现火狐总是向http://detectportal.firefox.com/发包

办法：firefox地址栏输入 about:config，然后搜索找到 network.captive-portal-service.enabled，设置为false
