php的file_get_contents获取不了QQ互联接口的返回值

今天遇到file_get_contents获取https://graph.qq.com/oauth2.0/token失败的问题

换用 fopen 依然是false

curl可以解决，但比较麻烦点

后来找到问题，要把php_openssl打开才行
