服务器端是这样的顺序

MyBindingElement.BuildChannelListener()
MyChannelListener<TChannel>.OnOpen()
MyChannelListener<TChannel>.OnAcceptChannel()
MyReplyChannel.OnOpen()
MyReplyChannel.ReceiveRequest()
Receive a request message:
