swift 工程 xcode 接入bugly 导出包 出错

报错信息

 Bugly server response: {"rtcode":50500,"msg":"Success","data":{"reponseCode":"-1","reponseDesc":"system error"}} Error: Failed to upload the zip archive file to Bugly.

解决方案

shell 脚本搜索  rm -f  
在截图位置 加上 sleep 4

保证压缩成功， 如果还是有问题， 时间改的长一点
 走之前大佬实验   OC 项目 2秒

18年 swift 项目 3秒，
现在2020年3月26日， sleep 5 秒才行，大概6分钟左右导出成功

最后一个终极解决方案：

配置的shell  脚本，删了吧。。。 打包秒出来。。。  加这个shell符号表，无非就是帮我们找出那个方法啥的错误，  不添加， 我们找的麻烦的点， 报错也会上传的。
