正常情况下下载github上的项目可能只有几十k每秒，一个二十兆的项目都下半天，此时我们可以使用github的镜像网站

例如：

原下载地址：https://github.com/respositories/project.git
改为：https://github.com.cnpmjs.org/respositories/project.git
