解决修改密码报错‘passwd:Authentication token’

 1、修改密码时报错：

错误信息：‘passwd: Authentication token manipulation error’

[root@localhost test]# echo '12345678' | passwd --stdin ning
Changing password for user ning.
passwd: Authentication token manipulation error

 2、问题原因：

安全加固的时候修改了passwd、shadow 的权限导致

[root@localhost test]# ll /etc |grep -E 'passwd|shadow'
-rw-r--r--.  1 root root   2044 Apr 15  2016 passwd
-r--------   1 root root   1511 Dec  5 15:07 shadow
