Python3 解决pip报ssl.SSLError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:598)

错误： 验证证书失败

解决方法；

1 找到如图文件，打开

1

在410行添加 vertify=False

 3再次执行，就可以啦
