vim插件安装

ctags安装：

安装ctags：apt-get install ctags 或者老版本系统直接上官网http://ctags.sourceforge.net/
将ctags-5.8.tar.gz拷贝到ubuntu下
tar xvzf ctags-5.8.tar.gz
配置./configure

cp ./ctags.1 /usr/local/share/man/man1/ctags.1  &&  chmod 644 /usr/local/share/man/man1/ctags.1

　vim插件安装：

将vim.rar解压缩，放入到ubuntu下
进入vim目录
cp vim* ~ -R
chmod 777 vim*
vim test.c会发现都插件正常使用了
