ollow up for "Remove Duplicates":
What if duplicates are allowed at most twice?

For example,
Given sorted array A = [1,1,1,2,2,3],

Your function should return length = 5, and A is now [1,1,2,2,3].

做过第一个版本。就是去除重复的，用一个指针记录真实应该到哪个位置就行，

现在时做去除大于2的重复，依然与1一样，有个区别就是用一个标志位来判断是不是大于2就行
