iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2) extractiion failed by XRY

My colleague extracted an iPhone 6 with XRY and it is iOS 9.2 . Unfortunately the Wizard crashed and take some screenshot as below. Please let us know how to solve this problem, thanks a lot.
