从报错字面意思来看也是：无法解析本地节点名
查询hostname， /etc/sysconfig/network ；查出主机名文件
再查询： /etc/hosts ，发现此文件 中未配置IP与HOSTNAME的对应，手动增加一条即可。
最终增加条目后显示如下:
[oracle@bys3 database]$ cat /etc/hosts

# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 oelrac1.oelrac.com oelrac1 localhost.localdomain localhost
::1 localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
