laravel的下载与安装

在开发环境中配置好之后将根目录的 .env.example 文件改成 .env ,此文件是laravel的配置文件,将 APP_DEBUG 的值改为 true

运行 php artisan key:generate 命令生成encryption key,运行项目!!!
