java.lang.IllegalStateException: Error processing condition on org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.context.PropertyPlaceholderAutoConfiguration.propertySourcesPlaceholderConfigurer

springboot启动时遇到上述问题，原因是包冲突

报错如下：

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Error processing condition on org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.context.PropertyPlaceholderAutoConfiguration.propertySourcesPlaceholderConfigurer

把oss包改成3.1版本就好了，以前的版本过高

【按理论来说应该使用springboot自己管理版本，以后在研究吧】
