HBase MemStore Flush刷写时机

用户操作HBase产生的数据并不是立即同步到HDFS,为了保证读写效率,而是先存在每个Region(存储水平切分后的所有列族的数据)对应的MemStore中,到达一定时机才会刷写到HDFS。

1 当某个memstroe的大小达到了hbase.hregion.memstore.flush.size(默认值128M),其所在region的所有memstore都会刷写(阻塞写)。

2 当region server 中memstore 的总大小达到堆内存的百分之多少时,region 会按照其所有 memstore 的大小顺序(由大到小)依次进行刷写。直到 region server中所有 memstore 的总大小减小到上述值以下。(阻塞写)

当阻塞刷写到上个参数的0.95倍时,客户端可以继续写

3.到达自动刷写的时间,也会触发memstoreflush。自动刷新的时间间隔由该属性进行配置hbase.regionserver.optionalcacheflushinterval(默认1小时)。
