web service 的Section=ResponseStatusLine 错误和skype

如果你用 .net开发 webservice ，程序平时好好的，突然有天出现了
The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseStatusLine
这个错误，解决方法 有专业的 ，也有其他的
我的意思是 如果你以前 运行的好好的，今天突然不行了
请检查 iis  90%是 80 端口 被占用了
我的就是 skype ，平时都是先开网页，今天先聊天了，呵呵
