Eclipse异常关闭，IDE Exception Handler has encountered a problem An internal error has occurred

Eclipse的updating indexes功能，会占用那么多的资源，弄得硬盘灯一直亮着。

Window => Preferences => Myeclipse Enterprise Workbench => Maven4Myeclipse => Maven=>禁用Download repository index updates on startup
