1. encourage sparsity

  • ℓ0 范数： non-differentiable and difficult to optimize in general
  • ℓ1 范数：
  • 对数约束，log(1+∥x∥2)

2. 一维的形式

  • ϕ(x)=λ|x|

  • ϕ(x)=(λ/a)log(1+a|x|)
