MacOS 升级到 V11.x 之后 Laravel artisan test 不执行故障解决

分析：

升级级之前是正常的，升级之后出问题。

可能问题出在 MacOS 自带的 php 上。

解决：

brew install php

再执行

artisan test

OK!!
