编译过程中的问题

error：找不到hdf5.h文件

./include/caffe/util/hdf5.hpp:6:18: fatal error: hdf5.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

fix：修改Makefile.config，将hdf5.h文件include进去

INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial/

error: 找不到 -lhdf5_hl 链接文件

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lhdf5_hl
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lhdf5
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:572: recipe for target '.build_release/lib/libcaffe.so.1.0.0' failed

fix：在Makefile中的hdf5后面加入_serial

LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m hdf5_serial_hl hdf5_serial

error：对cv里的reference没有定义

.build_release/lib/libcaffe.so: undefined reference to `cv::imread(cv::String const&, int)'

fix：修改config文件中的opencv版本号

error：cudnn的函数中参数变量数目不匹配，应该是新版本加入了参数
