3. hbase 包中也有一个 Bytes 工具类很好用,但是 hbase 依赖很多东西,所以我将 hbase 的 Bytes 工具类提取出来,可以实现大端小段自适应,但是效率上比不上上面的方法,并且初始化很慢,不推荐该方法,但是在此将他放上来
