JCTVC 会议输出文档

 http://wftp3.itu.int/av-arch/jctvc-site/ 下载的word文档的最后面有输出文档名称和序号。

输出文档一般都会有 Reference Software Manual ,Meeting Report ,HM x Encoder Description ,text specification Working Draft。

Software Manual ：编解码器的用法，配置，输入参数含义

Encoder Description ：代码HM x 各模块的方法讲解（intra,inter,transform,loop filter等）

Working Draft： 规范，句法，NAL,Decoding process  等
