无法启动Web服务器，Web服务器无法找到请求的资源

找到C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\urlscan\urlscan.ini 

将DEBUG加入到 urlscan.ini文件中的 AllowVerbs  配置节中：

[AllowVerbs]
GET
HEAD
POST
DEBUG

同时，把 urlscan.ini文件中的 options 配置节中的：

AllowDotInPath项置为1 ，形如：

AllowDotInPath=1

重新启动IIS
