不知大家团队都在使用什么样的文档书写工具，是不是还是和笔者一样在使用Word，也许个人或者2-3人还好办，最后合并汇总就可以了，但对于大的项目、团队、文档这样显然不合适。第一，工作无法多人协作，或者多人协作不方便；第二，效率不好，最后需要汇总组织；第三，格式转换比较麻烦，生成帮助文档格式或其他格式比较困难；第四，文档基于格式而不是数据，无法统一更改格式（模版的概念）。
先看看微软MSDN的文档：

而在其上一级页面可以有子页面的列表，如：

至少表明，微软应该在使用一套基于Web（？）的文档书写工具，可以设定模版，可以有很多自动功能，是否Wiki？这样的工具对于团队协作，文档书写个人觉得很重要，而对于这方面的工具和资料不太熟悉，欢迎讨论。
例如Python的文档是使用Wiki工具完成，然后使用工具转换为Html格式，帮助文档，PDF文档等等。
