chart.js 图表响应式

打算应用的插件能随屏幕变化而变化，查资料后说在参数中加入response：true，

即在chart.js 中查找“// Boolean - whether or not the chart should be responsive and resize when the browser does.”下面就是该参数：responsive: false,

修改它即可。
