[问题]不同域中网站访问的问题

现有两台电脑（A,B），属于不同的域，经过设置，实现了两个域的双向信任，在IE浏览器中可以用A访问到B的MOSS站点，而且如果是用A的计算机名加上端口号访问的话，可以实现自动登录（登录名为B，事先有将B加入到站点的组中）但是，在VS2008中，使用SpSite site=new SpSite("Http://A:1000");来实例化的时候抛出异常。"The Web application at http://A:1000 could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application."
解决了好久了，都没搞定，请大家帮下忙哈，谢谢。
