这下载的只是一个安装引导程序，安装时会检查是否有.Net Framework环境，没有则会自动下载。

安装完了以后，打开Github，输入github的用户名和密码，会提示“Unable to retrieve your user info from the server a proxy server might be interfering with the request。”。
