英文版 sql server 2000（Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation ）

在英文版 sql server 2000中执行 delete  from  TableA where mobile in(select mobile from TableB)  ，得到 Cannot resolve collation conflict for equal to operation. 

最终发现是将两个表中mobile 字段类型不一样，改成一样之后就好了。
