aws改了配置之后发现备份文件到本地服务器，备份时间不对。正好差了8小时。
查看时间慢了8小时，时区是UTC，用ntpdate同步了时间时间还是没变过来。所以是时区设置有误
rm -f /etc/localtime
ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai /etc/localtime
