原因：系统环境变量没有找到此路径。
解决打开cmd进入如下目录 此目录下有
C:Users10989AppDataLocalProgramsPythonPython35Libsite-packagesjupyter_contrib_nbextensions
cmd执行下面命令手动安装
python application.py install
重新启动jupyter notebook 发现已安装成功
