Eclipse出现An error has occurred,See error log for more details的错误

因为加入了Aptana组件所以一直报这个错误，用了cmd的方法依然不奏效，最后选择

Window > perferences > General > Startup and Shutdown >所有沟都去掉，问题就解决了
