mysql设置编码，解决乱码问题
my.ini配置文件添加和修改下面项：
[client] default-character-set=utf8 [mysqld] character-set-server=utf8
重启mysql服务
cmd中输入：
"C:Program FilesMySQLMySQL Server 5.5inmysql" -uroot -proot
show variables like'%char%';
