PS: Windows真心不适合开发。且行且珍惜....

坑：

error: Setup script exited with error: Microsoft Visual C++ 9.0 is required (Unable to find vcvarsall.bat).

解决方法：

Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler for Python 2.7
