# chgrp -R mysql /var/lib/mysql
# chmod -R 770 /var/lib/mysql
# service mysqld start

quit

# mysql -u root -p
Enter password:newpassword
mysql><登录成功>

# tar zxvf mrbs-1.4.11.tar.gz

# vi /var/www/html/mrbs/config.inc.php

//去掉$timezone = "XXXXXXX"的凝视。并改动成$timezone = "Asia/Shanghai";

//改动下面内容。
