Detailed Error Information
Cause：1) 没有向iis中注册.net framework（引起的原因之一：先安装了.net framework，后安装的iis）
2) 没有对IIS中所配置的site有足够的操作权限（Modify权限）
Solution：
1) 到C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFramework64v2.0.50727下，
用命令向iis中重新注册一下.net framework：aspnet_regiis -i
2) IIS Manager --> Sites --> 相应的site --> 点击右键 --> Edit Permissions --> Security --> Group or user names --> Edit --> Add --> 添加赋予Full Control权限（实质上带有Modify的权限就可以）的Everyone用户

IIS8中部署WCF服务出错：HTTP 错误 404.3 - Not Found
最近在学习WCF，发现将网站WCF服务放到IIS上时不能正常运行，从网上搜了一下：
解决方法，以管理员身份进入命令行模式，运行：
"%windir%Microsoft.NETFrameworkv3.0Windows Communication FoundationServiceModelReg.exe" -r -y
==============================================================
-r - 重新安装此版本的 Windows Communication Foundation，
并更新 IIS 元数据库根处的脚本映射和根以下的所有
脚本映射。无论原始版本是什么，都将现有的脚本映射
升级到此版本。
-y - 在卸载或重新安装组件之前不要求确认。
