安装flash

重装系统后，看视频，需要flash

下载后解压xxx.tar.gz文件，将libflashplayer.so文件cp/mv到/usr/lib/firefox-11.0/plugins/，重启firefox即可。网上又说cp到~/.mozilla/plugins的，貌似我的没有这目录。
