node 使用 ssh2-sftp-client 实现 FTP 的文件上传和下载功能

运行环境：

win7； node 10.15.1

实现步骤如下

第一步：安装 ssh2-sftp-client

npm install ssh2-sftp-client

yarn add ssh2-sftp-client
